LUDEBAO Hardware Ltd. is a company specialising in the research and development, production and
sales of interior decorative hardware products. It is a strategic partner of LUODEBAO SCHLOSS
DESIGH in China, and is one of the strongest emerging hardware brands in China overall at
present. The production base where LUDEBAO Hardware are located has a complete production line
with multiple processes from moulding, die-casting, polishing, electroplating, assembly and
inspection, with an annual production capacity of 1 million sets and a customer base covering
top domestic and international companies in the industry. The production base has passed the
ISO9001 quality supervision system certification and CE certification, and has more than 100
hardware design patents.
LUODEBAO SCHLOSS DESIGH was founded in 1998 in the Black Forest region of southern Germany, which
is the centre of wood processing and hardware processing in Europe. In 2003, the company invited
a number of architects and industrial designers to design the “LUDEBAO” range of door handles,
which attracted the attention of the industry and launched the “LUODEBAO The “LUODEBAO” brand
has been a design-oriented manufacturer and seller of door handles since then.In 2008, LUODEBAO
SCHLOSS DESIGH established a strategic partnership with LUODEBAO Hardware in Zhongshan and
authorised the use of the “LUODEBAO” brand in China.

BRIEF INTRODUCTION TO THE PROCESS FLOW

CASTING
Casting refers to the process of pouring molten metal into a mould under the force of Earth's gravity. Die‑casting refers to the process of injecting molten metal into a mould by applying external force other than gravity. -
NUMERICAL CONTROL
The rod is clamped in the lathe spindle and rotated at high speed, while a CNC program controls the tool feed to machine rotational parts such as outer cylinders, spherical surfaces, steps, and threads.

POLISHING
Polishing refers to a processing method that uses mechanical action to reduce the surface roughness of a workpiece so as to obtain a bright and flat surface. -
ELECTROPLATING PROCESS
Exquisite electroplating craft delivers robust protection for hardware. Multi‑layer coatings adhere tightly to the substrate surface, blocking moisture, oxidation and corrosion to stand up to humid environments. The coatings are even and fine, with no missing plating or pitting on edges and corners, boasting rich and stable color.
